Frequently Asked Questions
Event Attendee Questions
Your e-Ticket is an entrance ticket to an event that has a unique reference number. This is encoded in a barcode. There is no need to queue to collect your ticket, simply print it out and take it with on the day of the event.
The event organizer will have a copy of your e-Ticket details. When you present the e-Ticket, the organizer will check your details against their spreadsheet of attendees or alternatively scan the barcode on the e-Ticket. Each e-Ticket can only be scanned in once and each subsequent scan will be invalid.
You will receive your e-Ticket as a payment confirmation email that will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email, simply log-in to your entryTickets account and print it off the website.

Simply create an account and follow the wizard to set up and personalize your event bookings page. Create custom copy for your payment confirmation (e-Ticket) email. Then simply log-in to view your ticket sales. We do the rest.
EntryTickets uses a simple and transparent pricing model - our fee is based on a percentage of the ticket price plus a per ticket fee. There are no set-up fees or monthly fees. Have a look at our pricing table.
What if I need a seating plan?
If you find that your event information is more complex, for example you need a seating plan, please contact us and we will assist.
How do I receive ticket sale proceeds?
Once your event has closed, we will transfer the ticket sale proceeds less our fees to your specified bank account.
No problem - you don't pay the transaction processing fee, only the per ticket fee. You'll need to buy tickets in batches of 50.
How do I process my e-Tickets on the day of the event?
You can simply download your ticket details as a spreadsheet and mark off attendees as they arrive. You are also able to scan the barcode on the e-Ticket to process tickets. This can be done in two ways, via a smartphone (such as iPhone, HTC, blackberry etc) or using our free barcode scanner application running on a laptop and connected to a barcode reader.
If your event is canceled or a refund is required for any ticket sales, we will pay proceeds collected over to you and you as the event organizer will be responsible for paying out any applicable refunds.
Can I take telephone or "walk-in" bookings?
Yes - you are able to do this by logging into your account and creating a new ticket sale.
Can I give discounts or sponsored tickets?
Yes - you are able to do this by logging into your account and creating discount "coupon codes" which can be entered in by the attendee when booking.
