The first 100 online entries will receive a free t-shirt

*Registration and Late entries on Saturday 9 July 12 - 3pm: 22km R200, 10km R 150, Guppie R 80, 5km Standup Paddle R150 (Cash only)

*NO LATE ENTRIES ON RACE DAY

*All entries will receive a burger and soft drink / beer

*Online entries close 6 July

*Life jackets compulsory for ALL paddlers
